Abstract: Industry is the basis of a town. The saleeffect and the buildup effect can be realized in terms of the industrialization. Zhoucheng has achieved success on minority cultural industry and tourism based on the cultrure of Bai and Tie-dye trade in the course of urbanizing. The Characteristics of Zhoucheng's industrialization have given us a new thinking which would take effects on the whole western minority areas.
