基于层次分析法的本科生导师考核指标体系构建

The Construction for Assessment Index System of Undergraduate Tutorial Based on Analytical Hierarchy Method

  • 摘要: 本科生导师考核是推进高校本科生导师制实施,培养具有实践创新型能力人才的关键。通过对当前本科生导师工作中存在问题的分析,从个人素质、工作态度、指导方法、指导效果、学生评价五个方面构建了本科生导师考核的指标体系,运用层次分析法,对本科生导师考核指标进行了量化,使考核指标更具科学性、合理性。

     

    Abstract: The undergraduate tutorial assessment is key of booting the implement of undergraduate tutorial system in colleges, and cultivating innovative practice talents. This paper, through analyzing the problems existing in contemporary undergraduate tutorial system, constructs the assessment index system of undergraduate tutor from five aspects, which are personal quality, working attitude, directing method, directing effect and student assessment. Applying the method of analytical hierarchy to quantize the assessment index of undergraduate tutor,in order to make the assessment index more scientific and rational.
