Abstract:
The undergraduate tutorial assessment is key of booting the implement of undergraduate tutorial system in colleges, and cultivating innovative practice talents. This paper, through analyzing the problems existing in contemporary undergraduate tutorial system, constructs the assessment index system of undergraduate tutor from five aspects, which are personal quality, working attitude, directing method, directing effect and student assessment. Applying the method of analytical hierarchy to quantize the assessment index of undergraduate tutor,in order to make the assessment index more scientific and rational.
