The Development of Health Tourism as an Opportunity to Realize the Industrialization of Ecological Construction along the Dianchi Lake

  • 摘要: 以国家权力为核心的政治因素和以非国家行为体为主的政治力量都会影响知识产权国际造法活动。WTO成员方认可《TRIPs协议修正案》的实践就是一个典型例证。在未来知识产权国际造法活动中，政治因素的作用突出表现在更加注重协调，更加注重以国家为基础的立法和国内政策受到国际社会多种政治背景下的国际知识产权造法活动的渗透与控制。

     

    Abstract: With the improving of peoples tourism demand，health tourism comes into being. This paper,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of regional tourism along Dianchi Lake in Kunming, thus, aims to give an analysis on advantage and disadvantage to develop health tourism and finally puts some idea for solving the problem.
