Abstract: How can college teachers of ideology and politics meet the requirements of the times, and how can they grasp the responsibility and mission of the education work, are their unshirkable political responsibility and lofty mission. The teachers should enhance the consciousness of political responsibility, and have the solid professional foundation and composite structure of knowledge, go through roles convertion, only in this way, can they be the communicators of innovative theory of the party consciously.
