高校青年辅导员专业化建设现状调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on Current Situations of Professional Construction of College Youth Counselors

摘要: 青年辅导员作为我国高校辅导员队伍的主要组成部分和有生力量，其专业化的发展状况直接关系到高校思想政治教育事业当前及今后的发展。本文通过问卷调查和访谈的方式，深入了解青年辅导员专业化建设现状，以及存在的问题。在此基础上，提出推进青年辅导员专业化发展的建议和设想。

Abstract: As the main component and effective strength of college counselor teams, the professional development state of youth counselors relates to the current and future development of ideological and political education. Through the way of questionnaire and interviews，this paper is indepth understanding of youth counselors’professional construction states and existing problems，and than, some proposals are got out.
