Exploration of the Library^,s Tacit Knowledge Management in Web2.0

摘要: 隐性知识管理一直是图书馆管理的难点，而Web2.0的出现为隐性知识管理提供了一种新的方式。通过对Web2.0技术在图书馆隐性知识管理的应用现状的分析，探讨了Web2.0环境下图书馆隐性知识管理存在的障碍，并在此基础上提出了相应的策略。

Abstract: Tacit knowledge administration is always the difficulties of library knowledge administration, but the emergence of Web2.0 provided one new way to tacit knowledge administration. This text discussed the obstacles which lie in the management of tacit knowledge in library by way of analyzing the application of the management of tacit knowledge in library currently, and bring some strategies forward about it.
