Abstract: Marx believes human society experiences four kinds of forms. After the information society,it is ecology society. Basing on the new brand character for the economics situation, this paper tries to seek for a suitable ethics principle and accepts the lessons from oversea Chinese merchant's success, so, introducing a concept of culture gene and its ethics significance, introducing the reconstruction of a general trust, in order to get a modern economics valuable orientation.
