对我国农村电子商务发展的思考

Thinking on the Development of the Electronic Commerce in Countryside of China

  • 摘要: 我国农业问题的关键在于“小农户与大市场”的矛盾,单个农户与市场之间缺乏有效的连接机制,存在着农业生产与市场信息不对称的问题。因此需要积极搭建起连接千家万户的小生产与千变万化的大市场之间的桥梁,农村电子商务在此发挥了不可替代的作用。但是由于我国农村经济比较落后,普遍存在着农民买不起、用不起电脑的现象,我们需要积极寻求第三方发展好我国农村电子商务。农业龙头企业具有上接千变万化市场、下联千家万户农民的天然优势,在农业产业化中起着组织生产、开拓市场等重要功能。而且通过产加销、贸工农一体化等产业化经营方式,把农户与市场对接起来,彻底改变一家一户分散经营的传统农业生产模式。还可以促进农业向产业化发展,可将农产品生产、加工、销售有机结合,缩短产品销售周期,减少销售中间环节,降低成本,起到带动和有效增加农民收入的作用。

     

    Abstract: “The small peasants and the large market” is the key contradiction of China's agricultural issue, lacks an effective mechanism for linking of the single peasants and the market, and exists the asymmetry problem of the agricultural production and the marketing information. Therefore, we needs positively to build a bridge to connect millions of small producers with the ever-changing market, in this process the electronic commerce of the countryside has played an irreplaceable role in it. However, because the reason that our country's rural economy is relatively backward, generally exists the phenomenon that farmers can not afford to buy and use the computer, we need positively to seek the third party to well develop our country's electronic commerce of the countryside. The agricultural leading enterprises have the natural advantages that it not only connect the ever-changing market but also connect millions of farmers, it plays an organization of production and development of marketing, and other important functions in the agricultural industry. But also through the industrial management that production with sales and the integration of the trade, the industry and the agriculture, docks the peasants and the market, completely changes the traditional agricultural productive pattern that the decentralized management of a household. It can also promote the agriculture to the industrial development, may organic connect the production, the processing, the sales of Agricultural products, shorten the sales' cycle of the product, simplify the sales' middle link, reduce the cost, finally to play an important role in the impetus and effectively increasing the farmers' incomes.
