Abstract: The vegetable industry is an important industry of our country. For a long time, the attention to the vegetable security of our country has not been enough. With the improvement of the opening of our country, the internationalized degree of the vegetable industry will be higher and higher. The vegetable security and credit have already become the subject matter of food trade and to improve the international competition of the food trade, we must base on the development of food science and technology and it is very necessary to adopt the corresponding countermeasures, set up the science and technology supporting system and the society credit system corresponding with the requirement of the vegetable food security.
