Abstract: The cult problem is an old issue, but also is a common and global problem, but how to define a cult, all countries in the world and the theoretical circles are different, accurately defining the concept of the cult, be propitious to prevent and control the work of the cult, and cult in different regions show different characteristics, a careful analysis of China′s border ethnic regions of the basic characteristics of a cult, help prevent and control the spread of the cult, to ensure that border ethnic regional security and stability.
