Abstract: Nonprofit organization are the arena where interest groups compete for their own interest and power．Five competition models are discussed in the paper. Punctuation and equilibrium are regarded as the power competition forms of the interest groups in organization．The oscillations resulted from the power punctuation and equilibrium not only reduce the velocity of organization and prolong operational time, but also deviated it from its original vision and whereby delayed to realize the vision. As a result, the cost of organization is increased and its development is retarded.
