  • 摘要: 大型事业性组织是利益集团权力竞技和利益博弈的场所。提出利益集团博弈间断-平衡模型,认为间断和平衡是大型事业性组织利益集团博弈的两种形式。利益集团博弈过程中的间断和平衡产生的振荡不仅影响了组织运行的速度,而且使组织偏离了运行轨道,拉长了元轨道的长度,延长了运行的时间,从而增加了组织运作的成本,影响了组织目标的达成。

     

    Abstract: Nonprofit organization are the arena where interest groups compete for their own interest and power.Five competition models are discussed in the paper. Punctuation and equilibrium are regarded as the power competition forms of the interest groups in organization.The oscillations resulted from the power punctuation and equilibrium not only reduce the velocity of organization and prolong operational time, but also deviated it from its original vision and whereby delayed to realize the vision. As a result, the cost of organization is increased and its development is retarded.
