基于新工科的给排水科学与工程专业人才培养创新与实践

Innovation and Practice on Personnel Training of Water Science and Engineering Based on New Engineering

  • 摘要: 随着新工科建设的不断深入,高等学校工科专业发展迎来了非常好的契机,如何在已有专业基础上突出学科交叉融合创新,这也是新工科人才培养最主要特征。本文以云南农业大学给排水科学与工程专业新工科人才培养为例,突出融合创新的教育新发展理念,从人才培养与行业需求的融合创新、教育教学与立德树人的融合创新、专业内涵与特色拓展的融合创新、传统教学与信息技术的融合创新、校企合作与协同育人的融合创新“五个维度”方面,对给排水科学与工程专业人才培养创新进行研究与实践。

     

    Abstract: As the building of new engineering deepens, it provides a vital opportunity for the development of engineering specialty in colleges and universities. Based on the existing specialty, the most prominent feature of the new engineering specialty personnel training touches on the emphasis of the interdisciplinary integration and innovation. Taking the specialty personnel training of new engineering discipline of water science and engineering in Yunnan Agricultural University as an example, the paper gives prominence to the new educational development idea of integration and innovation, and conducts research and practice on the specialty personnel training innovation of water science and engineering discipline from “five dimensions” which include the integration and innovation of specialty personnel training and industry demand, of education and morality cultivation, of disciplinary essence and featured extension, of traditional teaching and information technology, and of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.
