乡村振兴战略下农村信息传播困境与策略探究

The Dilemma and Strategy of Rural Information Dissemination Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

  • 摘要: 信息传播在农村发挥着至关重要的作用,为实施乡村振兴、加快农村发展、农业农村现代化建设提供了强有力的信息支撑,推动了农村经济文化发展、社会变革和农民进步的进程。当前,我国农村信息传播困难和信息贫困依然存在。农村信息传播困境表现为传播媒介缺乏、传播者自身素质有限、受众接受能力差、传播内容单调等。对此,应加大农村信息传播设施建设力度,提供有利的信息传播媒介;注重农村信息传播人才的培养,提升传播信息的可信度;加大农村教育投入力度,提高受众接受信息能力;丰富农村信息传播内容,提高信息的趣味性和受众的参与感。

     

    Abstract: Information dissemination plays an important role in rural areas. It provides a strong information support for the implementation of rural revitalization, rural development, agricultural and rural modernization, and promotes the process of rural economic and cultural development, social change and farmers’ progress. At present, the difficulty of information dissemination and information poverty still exist in China’ s rural areas. The dilemma of rural information communication is manifested in the lack of media, the limited quality of the communicators themselves, the poor reception ability of the audience, and the monotonous content of dissemination. In this regard, we should strengthen the construction of rural information dissemination facilities, provide favorable information dissemination media; pay attention to the cultivation of rural information dissemination talents, improve the credibility of information dissemination; increase the investment in rural education, improve the ability of the audience to receive information; enrich the content of rural information dissemination, improve the interest of information and the sense of participation of the audience.
