农村中小学校园欺凌成因及治理基于闽西L镇G中学的调查案例分析

The Causes and Governance of School Bullying in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools: A Case Analysis of G Middle School in L Town, West Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 近年来,农村中小学校园欺凌现象已成为重要社会问题之一,如何有效减少农村中小学校园欺凌的发生,探讨其发生的成因及治理对于促进农村中小学生的身心健康成长具有重要的意义。本文采用访谈和实地调查等方法,对福建省L镇G校的校园欺凌现状进行调查研究。调查发现,家庭、学校和村庄三个农村教育主体不仅各自在校园欺凌事件中表现得软弱无力和无以应对,而且三者之间双双关系的非良性发展,更给校园欺凌现象的发生留足了空间。因此,重构家庭、学校和村庄之间相互配合、相互作用的有机结构,形成多元化、多主体治理校园欺凌事件的格局显得尤为重要。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the phenomenon of bullying in rural primary and secondary schools has become one of the important social problems. How to effectively reduce the occurrence of bullying in schools, and how to explore its causes and governance are of great significance to promote the physical and mental health of rural primary and secondary school students. This paper adopts the methods of interview and field investigation to investigate the current situation of school bullying in G School of L County, Fujian Province. It is found that the three educational subjects of family, school and rural society not only show weakness and inability to cope with the school bullying events, but also leave enough space for the occurrence of school bullying due to the unhealthy development of the relationship among them. Therefore, it is particularly important to reconstruct the organic structure of mutual cooperation and interaction between family, school and rural society, and to form a pattern of diversified and multi-subject governance of school bullying.
