Abstract: Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture of yunnan province, as the first batch of “national demonstration city of ecological civilization construction”and the only one in yunnan province, has the most complete tropical ecosystem in China. According to the biodiversity of the natural resources endowment, the frontiers of special location and unique national culture, it analyzes the form of informal institution in Xishuangbanna ecological civilization, as well as analyzes the role of the region’s ecological civilization informal institutions. It is of great significance to improve the system of ecological civilization system, to promote the construction of ecological civilization system.
