云南本科院校跨境协同培养国际化人才的基本模式、问题及对策

The Basic Mode, Problems and Countermeasures of Cross-Border Collaborative Cultivation of International Talents in Yunnan Undergraduate Universities

  • 摘要: 当前,高等教育在国际化人才培养上寻求国际合作,联合各方资源,实施跨境协同培养已成日益普遍之态势。云南省为我国西南门户,国际化人才培养更多着眼于服务南亚东南亚区域发展。研究通过调研指出,云南省本科院校跨境协同培养国际化人才的主要模式有校校合作、校企合作两种。存在的主要问题在于政府缺乏统筹规划与具体指导,给予高校的财力支持不足、平台搭建不足,高校自身定位不明,师资、课程建设与国际化人才培养要求尚有明显差距等。研究针对问题从政府和高校两个视角提出了提高国际化人才培养质量的具体对策建议。

     

    Abstract: At present, it has become increasingly common for higher education to seek international cooperation in the cultivation of international talents, combine resources from all sides and implement cross-border collaborative cultivation. Yunnan province is the gateway of southwest China, and international talent cultivation focuses more on serving the development of south and southeast Asia. Study through research pointed out that the main mode of cross-border collaboration to cultivate international talents in Yunnan undergraduate universities is cooperation between colleges and colleges, cooperation between colleges and enterprise, and the main problems is the lack of overall planning and specific guidance, the insufficient of financial support and platform building, the undefined positioning as well as the obvious gap between the construction of teachers, curriculum and internationalization requirement of talent training. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of international talents training from the perspectives of government and universities.
