乡村振兴战略下农业大学职能定位与发展研究——基于三所农业大学的质性研究

Function Orientation and Development of Agricultural Universities under the Context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy: Based on Qualitative Research of Three Case Universities

  • 摘要: 我国农业大学的职能定位在乡村振兴战略下并未被重新“改写”,而是被赋予了新内涵和新要求。借助质性研究设计,以三所颇具代表性的农业大学为研究场域,对12位从事管理、教学、科研的教师进行半结构式访谈。经Nvivo数据分析得出,乡村振兴战略促动农业大学在教学、科研、社会服务和文化传承与创新四大职能领域的拓展,即提供课程思政改革下农科大学生的“三农”认同与价值建构;打造一流学科和一流研究成为乡村振兴的助力者;营造三农“体面”的校园文化;培养有道德、有情怀、有知识、有能力的新农科人才。

     

    Abstract: Under the strategy of the rural revitalization strategy, the functions of agricultural universities have not been rewritten, but are endorsed new contents and requirements for development. By adopting qualitative research design, this study selected three typical agricultural universities as the research sites and conducted 12 semi-structured interviews with the teachers engaged in management/teaching/research. Conclusions are drawn out of Nvivo analysis. The agricultural universities face opportunities in four aspects of function development. Agricultural universities should arrange value and ideological education into pedagogical system in order to construct students' positive career identity, enhance first-class disciplines and research to become a booster of rural revitalization, strive to create the "decent" agricultural campus atmosphere and cultivate talents with ethics, feelings, knowledge and ability who are willing to devote themselves to the agricultural-related careers.
