Abstract: Rural Revitalization Strategy proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress is a systematic strategic project, which contains economy, politics, culture, ecology and society. It is not only a strategic opportunity for agricultural and rural development, but also an opportunity and challenge for the revitalization of rural culture. Under Rural Revitalization Strategy, the protection of intangible cultural heritage has special significance.The protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage should return to the rural standard, actively participate in the optimization of its living space, and promote the rural revitalization. Based on the demand of rural all-round development, the living inheritance mode of rural intangible cultural heritage includes productive protection, ecological protection, service protection, diversified protection and modernized protection. It will contribute to the sustainable development of Intangible Cultural Heritage and realize its contemporary value to construct multi-level, multi-form and multi-subject non-heritage protection system.
