  • 摘要: 以党中央颁布的20份“中央一号文件”为研究对象，全面梳理这20份“中央一号文件”中我国农村文化发展的演变轨迹与关注重点，主要包括农村精神文明建设、政治文化建设、法制文化建设、习俗民风建设和科学文化建设等方面内容。就目前以及下一阶段我国农村文化发展的关键着力点而言，要以乡村振兴战略的全面实施为重要抓手，致力于在提高农民综合文化素质、加强农村文化基础设施建设、完善农村文化发展体制机制等方面扎实苦干。

     

    Abstract: Taking 20 "Central No. 1 Documents" promulgated by the Party Central Committee as the research object, comprehensively sort out the evolution trajectories and concerns of the 20 "Central No. 1 Documents" on rural cultural development, including rural spiritual civilization construction and politics cultural construction, legal culture construction, customary folk customs construction and scientific and cultural construction. In terms of the key points of current and the next stage of rural cultural development in China, it is necessary to take the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as an important starting point and focus on improving the comprehensive cultural quality of farmers, strengthening the construction of rural cultural infrastructure, and improving the institutional mechanisms for rural cultural development. Solid hard work, long time for merit.
