基于现代学徒制的云南高职食品类人才(乳品方向)培养模式研究——以大理农林职业技术学院为例

The Training Mode of Food Talents in Yunnan Higher Vocational Education Based on Modern Apprenticeship: Take Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry as an Example

  • 摘要: 在产业转型升级的背景下,积极探索具有中国特色的现代学徒制已成为当前我国职业教育亟待解决的重大问题。本文基于云南高职食品类人才培养工作的特殊性,结合大理农林职业技术学院现代学徒制的实施情况,以食品类专业为例,对食品类专业现代学徒制人才培养模式进行分析,总结其经验,发掘其不足,并提出相应的建议,为云南高职食品类人才的培养工作提供具有可操作性的现实样本。

     

    Abstract: In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,actively exploring the modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics has become a major problem to be solved urgently in China's vocational education. Based on the particularity of food talents training in Yunnan higher vocational colleges,and the implementation of modern apprenticeship in Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry,this paper takes the food major as an example.It analyzes the talents training mode,summarizes its experience,explores its shortcomings,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It can provide practical samples for the training of food talents in Yunnan higher vocational education.
