Abstract: Collating and summarizing folk traditional handicraft techniques scientifically is one of the most important requirements for the inheritance and protection of folk traditional handicrafts (handicraft techniques). This paper comprehensively sorts and summarizes the brewing process and technology of Yaowan Lvdou Liquor, summarizes and analyzes the specific operation methods of each process in detail. It is of great significance to the further protection, inheritance, innovation and development of brewing technology.
