收入差距对农村居民健康行为的影响——基于吸烟、喝酒行为的研究

The Impact of Income Difference on Health Behavior of Rural Residents: Research on Smoking and Drinking Behavior

  • 摘要: 利用2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查数据，通过构建Logit模型、线性回归模型和有序Probit模型，实证分析了收入差距对农村居民吸烟、喝酒行为的影响。结果表明：在控制了收入水平、个体特征和地区生活习惯等影响因素下，收入差距对农村居民喝酒的可能性有显著影响，并显著地影响农村居民喝酒的频率，但收入差距对农村居民吸烟的可能性与频率并无显著影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper uses the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2013 to analyze the impact of income disparity on rural residents' health behaviors by establishing Logit model, linear regression model and ordered Probit model. Conclusions are as follows:after controlling other factors, the income gap was positively correlated with the possibility and frequency of drinking, but it was not significantly related to smoking behavior.
