德国高等农业教育服务社会的特点与启示

Characteristics and Inspirations of the German Higher Agricultural Education Serving the Society

  • 摘要: 德国农业生产效率居世界前列,在经济社会中发挥着重要作用,这得益于德国对农业教育和其服务社会的重视。德国高等农业教育破除了城乡和行业的限制,服务社会具有以下特点:注重法律政策作保障、强调实践导向、重视科研成果转化和文化引领。通过比较研究和借鉴学习德国的经验,在提升我国高等农业教育社会服务能力以促进我国农业和农村发展方面获得以下启示:我国高等农业教育的发展,应破除城乡二元体制障碍,注意发挥社会资源对农业教育的服务作用;营造良好的政策环境,发挥高等农业教育的文化引领作用;建立高效可行的科研成果转化和推广机制,更加注重学生实践能力的培养。

     

    Abstract: German agricultural productivity ranks forefront of the world and plays an important role in economic society. It benefited from attaching importance to agricultural education and its social service. German higher agricultural education broke the limitations of urban and rural area or industries,and serving the society has the characteristics of attaching importance to be guaranteed by legal policy, emphasizing on practice, transformation of scientific research achievements and culture leading. Through comparative research and learning from Germany's experience, in order to improve the social service abilities of Chinese higher agricultural education and promote the agricultural and rural development, the following inspirations are put forward:the development of higher agricultural education in China should break down the binary system of cities and rural areas, make full use of social resources in agricultural education, create a favorable policy environment, improve the culture leading function of higher agricultural education, establish an efficient and feasible mechanism for the transformation and application of scientific research achievements, and pay more attention to train the practical abilities of the students.
