云南特色产业研发团队跨职能协作对新产品开发效率影响机理研究

The Mechanism of Cross Functional Coordination in the Research and Develop Teams on New Product Efficiency of Yunnan Characteristic Industry

  • 摘要: 针对沟通、合作程度和知识共享三大影响因素对云南特色产业研发团队跨职能协作对新产品开发效率影响机理问题,本研究结合调研数据,运用结构方程模型构建理论模型,对10个云南特色产业企业的新产品研发团队进行问卷调查及访谈。结果表明:在云南特色产业研发团队跨职能协作中,沟通对合作程度、知识共享和新产品开发效率有显著正影响;知识共享对合作程度有显著正影响;合作程度对新产品开发效率有显著正影响;知识共享对新产品开发效率没有直接显著影响关系,而是通过促进合作程度间接影响新产品开发效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze three influential factors ofcommunication, cooperation and knowledge sharing how to improve the cross functional coordination of research and development teams of Yunnan characteristic industry on new product efficiency,this paper combines with the research data and constructs structural equation model for new product development efficiency, the research and development teams of 10 characteristic industry enterprises in Yunnan province are surveyed through investigation and questionnaire.The research results show that communication has a positive direct impact on cooperation degree,knowledge sharing and new product development efficiency;knowledge sharing has a positive direct impact on cooperation degree;cooperation degree has a positive direct impact on new product development efficiency;knowledge sharing has not direct impact on new product efficiency, but indirectly impacts it through promoting cooperation degree.
