成人高等函授教育教学模式改革探析

Teaching Model Reform of Adult Higher Correspondence Education

  • 摘要: 函授教育是成人高等教育的一种主要类型。在长期的发展中,其函授教学模式为成人高等教育发展做出了巨大贡献。但随着形势发展,目前面临着工学矛盾突出、难以满足在职业余学习和自学需要、教学理念和方法落后、教学成本高、教学效率低等问题。借鉴网络教学的特点,加快教学模式改革是成人高等教育的发展方向。改革应注重整合资源,树立以学员为中心的教学和管理理念,确立函授教育网络化发展的教学模式,统一函授和网络教育的教学标准和管理要求,加强面授课程和远程助学课程的开发与管理。

     

    Abstract: Correspondence education is a major type of adult higher education. In the long-term development, correspondence teaching pattern has made great contribution to the development of adult higher education. But with the development of the situation, the correspondence education has faced a lot of problems including the contradiction between work and study is obvious; part-time or self study is difficult to meet the needs; educational concepts and methods are behind; high teaching cost and low teaching efficiency are also serious. Using the characteristics of network teaching for reference, then accelerating the reform of teaching pattern, it is the development direction of the adult higher education. To ensure the success of reform, the following measures needs to be taken: (1)Integrating resource; (2)Setting up the teaching and management ideas of focusing on students; (3)Establishing the teaching model of the network development of correspondence education; (4)Unifying the teaching standards and management requirements of correspondence and network education; (5)Strengthening the development and management of face-to-face and remote courses.
