城乡建设用地市场运行现状及统筹路径研究

Market Operation Status Quo and Co-ordination Path of Urban and Rural Construction Land

  • 摘要: 构建城乡统一的建设用地市场是当前我国农村土地制度改革的一项重要内容。在总结我国城乡两个土地市场运行现状的基础上,分析现阶段常见的连接我国城乡土地市场的几种渠道:土地征收、城乡建设用地增减挂钩、地票。并探讨了集体建设用地入市、乡(镇)域城镇化建设等未来可能出现的统筹路径。

     

    Abstract: Building a unified construction land market is one of the important content of China's rural land system reform. Based on the summary of urban and rural construction land market operation status quo, the paper analyzes the several ways to link the urban and rural construction land market, just as expropriation, hook policy between the urban and rural construction land market, land bill. And the possible future co-ordination paths are explored, such as collective construction land market, township (town) domain urbanization construction, etc.
