农户林权抵押贷款潜在需求及其影响因素分析——基于福建省7县(市)调研数据的实证研究

Analysis of Impact Factors of Peasant's Potential Demand in Forest Right Mortgage Loan: Based on the Survey Data of 7 Counties in Fujian

  • 摘要: 基于福建省7县(市)350户农户的调研数据,运用Logistic模型对农户林权抵押贷款潜在需求的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:户主年龄、家庭劳动力占总人口的比重、家庭成员是否了解相关金融产品、家庭人均收入、林业生产经营支出、核发林权证的林地面积对农户林权抵押贷款潜在需求有显著影响。由此提出明确目标群体的定位、推进林地适度流转、简化林权抵押贷款手续、提高林木资产评估和处置的效率等建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the survey data of 350 households in 7 counties of Fujian Province, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the potential demand of forest right mortgage loan with Logistic model. It is said that the age of householder, the proportion of family labor population, awareness of related financial products, family income per capita, expenses of forestry production and management, forestland area of issued forest tenure certificate,are important factors that affects the peasant's potential demand to the forest right mortgage loan. Therefore, this paper proposed to clear the positioning of target group, promote the proper circulation of forest land, simplify the procedures of forest right mortgage loan, and improve the efficiency of forest assets evaluation and management.
