高等农业院校学风问题的实证分析与建议——基于A农业大学的调查

Suggestions and Empirical Analysis on Problem of Study Style in Higher Agricultural Institutes: Based on the Survey to A Agricultural University

  • 摘要: 目前高等农业院校生源与就业取向受到各种社会思潮冲击,学风建设问题日益突出,如何在高等农业院校开展学风建设亟待解决。本文基于问卷调查从学生、教师和学校三方面深入了解能激发学生学习动机的途径。结果表明: 51.85%农村学生与64.64%毕业生就业意向地向往县级以上相反;80%左右学生希望拥有良好的学习环境全面发展;30%以上学生认为任课教师和本科生导师传递的信息能激发学习兴趣;50%左右学生认为宿舍和课堂环境、学校就业、选课等制度能制约学习的态度。从同学需求出发提出高等农业院校学风建设的建议,这对于农业院校促学风建设具有极其重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: At president,employment orientation and students sources in higher agricultural institutes is striked by all kinds of various social ideological trend, therefore, it is increasingly prominent in construction of study style, a measure to solve the problem needs to carry out. In this paper, based on the questionnaire from students, teachers and school three aspects, the ways of students' learning motivation has to be taken into further consideration. The research results show that 51.85% of rural students contrast to 64.64% graduates employment intention yearning at or above the county level regions, on the contrary; about 80% of students hope to have a good learning environment to get all-round development; more than 30% of the students consider that the information passed by teachers of the course and their supervisors can stimulate their study interest; and about 50% of students think that dormitory and classroom environment, school employment, and the course selection system can restrict their learning attitude. Starting from students' need, we put forward a new way of the style construction in higher agricultural college and university, which can have very important significance in promoting construction of study style in many such institutes.
