云南高原特色农产品结构优化分析——基于生态保护视角

Analysis on Agricultural Products Composing Optimization of Plateau Characteristics in Yunnan Province: From Perspective of Ecological Protection

  • 摘要: 运用生态足迹法构建了30种云南高原特色农产品生态足迹的结构模型,通过对其生态足迹和产值足迹的实证分析,得出高原特色农产品的结构优化的结论。结论显示生态经济综合效益最高的农产品如薯类、蔬菜、瓜类、葡萄、菠萝、香蕉、苹果、梨、柑橘、糖料、香料作物、板栗、核桃、禽肉、水产品需要优先发展。按照产值足迹排序的结果,其他农产品优先发展级依次降低。最后提出云南高原特色农产品结构优化的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper makes use of ecological footprint method to set up the structure model of ecological footprint of plateau special feature agricultural product about 30 kinds of agricultural products in Yunnan province, and gets how to make the structure of the plateau special feature agricultural product be optimized by means of substantial evidence analysis of the ecological footprint and production value footprint. The conclusion shows the agricultural product featured the characteristics of highest ecological and economic comprehensive benefits, such as potato and the vegetable, melon and grape, pineapple and banana, apple and pear, orange and sugar, spice crop, chestnut and walnut, birds meat and marine products, need to give priority to develop, and other agricultural products gradually develop. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions about the structure optimization of plateau special feature agricultural product in Yunnan province..
