高校毕业生自主创业需求与现有政策的契合性研究——以福建省为例

Fit Theory about the Demand of Self-employed and Existing Policies to College Graduates: Taking Fujian Province as an Example

  • 摘要: 通过对现有创业政策与高校毕业生自主创业需求的契合度进行调研、分析，发现具有创业政策传播机制存在问题、创业政策的落地难、缺乏系统性等错位现象。为此，从构建多渠道与互动式的创业政策宣传机制、完善细化创业政策、畅通落实渠道提出建议，提高高校毕业生自主创业需求与现有政策的契合度，助推更多大学生走向创业成功，促进社会经济的发展。

     

    Abstract: This paper does the reach and analysis for the fit theory about the college graduates' demand of self-employed and existing policies. And it finds that there are dislocation phenomenons, including there are some problems existing in transmission mechanism of entrepreneurship policy, the venture policy is hard to realize and it is lack of systematicness. Therefore, some suggestions are put to help undergraduates venture success and promote social and economic development. That is to build a transmission mechanism of entrepreneurship policy through interactive and multiple channels, make the entrepreneurship policy more better in details, and make advise for well realizing.
