Abstract: Agricultural complex based on agricultural industry park that is one of the important platform for agricultural development, it has been given new connotation for modern agriculture, and it could promote moderate scale management of agriculture with greening, standardization, large-scale, industrialization and benefits maximizing, and integrates the integrative development of agriculture, industry and service. The Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park in Kunming as example of agricultural industry park was employed to analyze the feasibility of the agricultural complex by questionnaire survey and interview with different respondents in this study. The results shown that the advantages and disadvantages to develop agricultural complex in Kunming was obtained at the current situation based on agricultural industry park. Furthermore, the strategies and comments for development agricultural complex were mentioned that would be pushed the modern agriculture development in Kunming.
