Abstract: Recently, Chinese government has introduced a series of policies to improve the healthy and sustainable development of agritourism industry. Additionally, the government of Yunnnan Province implemented the strategy of manor economy in 2012 and the government of Kunming city has promised to do favors for the enterprises to put building a hundred urban farms into effect here in Kunming during the period of the twelfth five-year plan. As a result of the opportunity, now it is a right time to develop the agritourism in Kunming. It has gone for nearly five years since the government took the first step to bring the strategies into force seriously,there are not only the primary effects we gain successfully but also some negative problems we are faced at present. At last, the qualitative analysis in this paper is mainly about the current situations of the development of Kunming's agritourism, the corresponding issues in both macro and micro scope as well as how to cope with these problems based on the investigation toward at least 20 samples.
