课堂教学师生交往切换“阻梗”:场域和惯习的视角

Analysis on Obstructions in Classroom Communication: from the Perspective of Field and Ritual

  • 摘要: 学习教学的本质是人与人的关系而非人对物的改造与加工,但在传统的教学中,教师主宰就是一种惯习。这种惯习,使课堂交往中的教师不自觉地主宰者课堂,而学生则配合着教师的主宰。在新课改的要求下,教师和学生是平等的学习共同体,课堂教学是师生交们和互动的过程,课堂教学场域的规则已经转变。然而在理念更新背后,教师主宰的惯习却未来得及被形塑,也就造成了交往阻梗。本文将从场域和惯习的视角对阻梗进行简要地分析与出路的探讨。

     

    Abstract: The essence of learning teaching is interpersonal relationships, rather than the transformation and processing of human. However, in traditional teaching, domination by teachers is a ritual. This ritual makes teachers dominate the class in classroom communication unconsciously, and students co-operate with the domination of their teachers. Under the requirements of the new curriculum reform, teachers and students are equal learning community. Classroom teaching is the process of exchange and interaction between teachers and students. The rules of classroom teaching field have been changed. However, behind renewal of teaching notions, the ritual-teacher dominates the class-has not been shaped and thus causes the communication obstruction. This paper will briefly analyze obstruction and discuss the way of obstruction from the perspective of field and ritual.
