新型农业经营主体的科技服务需求研究

Research on the Demand of Science Technology Service of New Agricultural Business Subjects

  • 摘要: 为客观地评价新型农业经营主体对科技服务的需求意愿,本文通过文案剖析、院地调查、统计分析与理论研究相结合的方法,分析了新型农业经营主体对科技服务的需求特征。结果表明:76.11%的新型农业经营主体急需科技服务,还有7.08%对科技服务采取无所谓态度;对技术指导的需求远大于其他指标,农业企业、农民专业合作组织和家庭农场对技术指导的需求率分别达到52.08%、82.14%、88.89%;在需求表达方面,91.15%的新型农业经营主体首选公益性服务。为此,本文从农业科研院所角度提出了顶层设计科研项目、构建一主多元农技推广体系、培育需求型科研成果、强化服务品牌意识的对策建议,以期为其他单位开展相关工作提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to objectively evaluate the demand of science and technology service of the new agricultural business subjects, the article analyzes the demand characteristics by methods of material analysis, field research, combination of statistic analysis and theoretical research. The result shows that there are 76.11% of the new agricultural business subjects in urgent need, while 7.08% of whom are indifferent with scientific and technological services; their demand for technical guidance is far greater than other indicators, demand rate of agricultural enterprises, professional cooperative organizations and family farms for technical guidance reached 52.08%, 82.14%, 88.89%, respectively;91.15% of the new agricultural business subjects prefers public welfare services. Therefore, this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from scientific research project of top-level design, the construction of agricultural extension system, cultivation of demand type research results, strengthen service brand awareness so as to provide theoretical reference for other units to carry out related work.
