Abstract: The ethnic cultural tourism resources in Luquan county are abundant,high-quality and obvious, which have great development potential and research value. To accelerate the development of ethnic cultural tourism industry,based on summarizing the concept and characteristics about ethnic cultural tourism industry,in view of the resources survey,resources type and existing problems of the ethnic cultural tourism industry in Luquan County, it puts forward the development principles,development orientation and overall layout, and the problems raised for the concrete solutions and recommendations,in order to help the sustainable development of the ethnic cultural tourism industry in Luquan county.
