Abstract: In order to clarify the influence factors of residential land price of medium and small-sized cities in western China, the paper chooses pingliang city, gansu province as the study area, and selects the convenience of living services, environmental services convenience, the convenience of transportation and work services convenience as the main four influencing factors, and establishes a PLS-based structural equation model.It is concluded that the influence factors of residential land price of medium and small-sized cities in western china include: the convenience of living services, environmental services convenience, the convenience of transportation, work service convenience.
