Abstract: In recent years, the college leadership and leading cadres examination and evaluation has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems. It is very important to strengthen and perfect college leadership and leading cadres'examination and evaluation mechanism. And also, it is advantageous to the guide of leading cadres of colleges and universities with firmly establishing the concept of scientific development and correct view, continuously improving scientific development ability. And so it is the need of reality to promote higher education science development. At present, it must adhere to the subject-developing, evaluation guidance qulity and diversity, and indicators scientificity. It must constantly promote the evaluation in aims index system, examination and evaluation methodology, social evaluation way, the application of results.
