云南人口较少民族地区双语教学师资现状调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Current Situation of Bilingual Teachers in the Minority Concentrated Area of Yunnan

  • 摘要: 在多民族、多语言、多文化的云南省,双语教师是双语教学质量提升的关键。为了解云南人口较少民族地区双语教学师资现状,本课题成员通过查阅文献资料、问卷、访谈、走访等途径,对德宏州、怒江州、保山市和西双版纳州的景颇族、独龙族、布朗族、阿昌族等人口较少民族地区的双语教学情况进行了研究。结果发现:双语教师整体结构不合理、双语教师整体质量不高是制约云南人口较少民族地区双语教育的瓶颈。要想壮大并稳定云南人口较少民族地区双语教师队伍,提高双语教学质量,需要加大职前培养、职后培训的力度并需要一定的制度作保障。

     

    Abstract: The key to improve the quality of bilingual teaching lies in bilingual teachers in Yunnan, which is a multi-nationality, multi-language, and muiti-culture province. To understand the present situation of bilingual teachers in the minority concentrated area of Yunnan Province, the group members are through literature review, questionnaire and interview to research the current situation of bilingual teachers in the minority concentrated area, such as Dehong, Nujiang, Baoshan and Xishuangbanna. Minority bilingual teachers' unreasonable structure and their whole quality is not high has been restricting bilingual educationbottleneck. To strengthen and stabilize the bilingual teachers in the minority concentrated area of Yunnan Province,needing to increase the level of pre-service cultivation, post training and the system security of certain degree.
