Abstract: This paper takes Yunnan Agricultural University as an example, conducts some thoughts on speeding up office automation system construction of information management, establishing information management mechanism of coordination, efficiency, supervision and examination, supervise and handle, and strengthening information technology application in teaching management. Based on this basis,it is in order to provide some references in realizing the innovation and development for teaching affair administration of colleges and universities,so as to make office management collaborative and efficient.
