农户生态公益林保护影响因素的实证研究——以福建省为例

Empirical Research on Compensation for Farmers to Participate in the Ecological Public-Welfare Forest Protection

  • 摘要: 以福建省为研究对象,以仙游县、长泰县、永定县、永安市、漳平市、尤溪县、建瓯市、屏南县等8个县市为采样县,抽取共16个乡镇120户农户采集数据,运用Logistic 模型分析生态公益林补偿费对农户生态公益林保护的影响。研究发现:农户是否获得生态公益林补偿在5%水平下显著,是否满意生态公益林补偿费在10%水平下显著,从中得出农户如果不满意国家现有补偿标准,农户参与生态公益林保护的可能性就越低。在此基础上,提出了提高生态公益林补偿的措施和相关的政策建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the behavioral theory, collected dates from 16 village and towns as well as 120 peasant households, and taking Fujian province as the research object, this paper uses the Logistic model to analyses the impact of ecological public-welfare forests compensation on protection of farmers' ecological public-welfare forest. It found that farmers get ecological public-welfare forest compensation is significant under 5% level, and their degree of satisfaction is significant under 10%. On this basis, the author proposes measures and some related policy recommendations to improve the ecological forest compensation.
