Abstract: The practice of the mass line is a long-term work, the point is to form a long-term mechanism.To establish the long-term mechanism of practicing the mass line is our party's excellent traditions inherited in Colleges and Universities, and is also the demand of Party Construction in Colleges and Universities, under the new situation. Insisting and practicing the party's mass line in Colleges and Universities should combine general requirements of educational practice activity of the party's mass line with characteristics of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the existing problems, sums up the characteristics and requirements of practicing of the mass line, proposes the focal point, in order to provide the reference for the practicing of the mass line in normal colleges and universities.
