Abstract: The cultural value of ideological and political education mainly manifests as cultural heritage, cultural integration and cultural creation. Ideological and political education in nowadays is in the age of taking the network as the important carrier. The traditional culture concept, the identity of the mainstream culture and the creation of the culture are faced with various challenges. Therefore, the spread of Chinese traditional culture by network should be strengthened, speaking right of network should be promoted, and the practice of network creativity should be promoted in order to realize the cultural value of the ideological and political education.
