中国-东盟教育培训的语言选择及对策建议

The Language Selection and Countermeasures for China-ASEAN Education Training

  • 摘要: 为提高对外教育培训的质量, 笔者从十余年面向东盟教育培训的实际工作中, 总结了30余期培训班的教学效果反馈, 发现:因每期学员都来自至少3个以上国家, 不具备母语教学的条件, 而使用英文教学, 每期平均也只有10%的学员能听懂, 且能听懂的学员平均知识接受率仅为35%左右。同时, 还发现选择到中国来学习的东盟学员大多都有一定的中文基础, 还有一定数量的学员到中国来就是为了学习中文, 扩宽结业面。本文以实验性的教学方式不断完善理论研究, 并进一步提出对策建议:认为选择中文作为面向东盟的教育培训语言有条件基础和需求基础, 而突出中文讲解的简易性是实现有效教育的关键, 本文试从词汇教学来阐述怎样突出讲解的简易性, 以提高知识接受度。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the quality of foreign education training, the author summarized the feedback of teaching effect of more than 30 training course, from education and training for ASEAN more than ten years, and found that the students come from at least three or more countries,therefore, they couldn't be suit for native language teaching; while using English teaching, only 10% of the students could be adaptable, even so, their knowledge acceptance rate is only up to 35%. At the same time, the author also found that most of students of ASEAN coming to China aimed for learn Chinese, and they had some basis on which,moreover, the other students learn Chinese for graduation. In this paper, the author perfected theory research continuously, using experimental teaching way, and some countermeasures were got out: the Chinese could be used to teach in education training, and the simplicity of Chinese interpretation was highlighted, and that was the key to realize effective education, this paper tried to illustrate how to highlight the simplicity of interpretation from vocabulary teaching, in order to improve the acceptance of knowledge.
