边疆民族地区学习型党组织建设中的激励机制研究

A Research of the Incentive System on Building a Learning Party in Frontier Minority Areas

  • 摘要: 建设学习型党组织是马克思主义学习型政党建设的基础工程。边疆民族地区维护和谐稳定、促进经济社会发展的任务更加艰巨, 各级党组织与广大党员学以增智、用以促学尤为迫切。本文着眼于保障学习型党组织建设的持续性与长效性, 运用管理学、行为学和心理学知识阐述了激励机制的内涵, 论述了建立激励机制的意义与原则。结合边疆民族地区学习型党组织建设的实际, 提出了表率示范、用人导向、精神物质、惩罚诫勉、兴趣活动五种激励方式。

     

    Abstract: On the construction of Marxist theory of learning party, it is the basic works to build a learning party. Since it's more difficult on maintaining harmonious and stable, promoting economic and social development in the frontier minority area, it's very urgent for the Party Organizations at all levels and the Party Members to learn to gain wisdom and promote learning. Focus on the sustainability and long-term of guarantee a learning party organization construction, this article explains the connotation of incentive system and discusses the significance and principle of establishing incentive system by using the knowledge of management science, behavioral science and psychology. Combining the reality of a learning party organization construction in frontier minority regions, it puts forward five kind of incentive mode such as model demonstration, personnel direction, mental substance, punishment commandments, and activities.
