生态文明建设视角下的水源保护区可持续发展之路——以昆明市盘龙区松华街道新街社区为例

The Sustainable Development Strategy of a Village in Water-source Protection Zone：With Xin Jie Community of Panlong District as an Example

摘要: 城市水源区对于城市人民的生存、城市的持续发展至关重要。长期以来，水源区生态保护和经济发展存在着显著的矛盾。本文以昆明市的城市饮用水源地松华坝水源区新街社区为研究对象，通过大量的文献资料研究和多次调研，提出了水源保护区可持续发展的总体思路和对策建议。希望为政府部门做出长期决策和战略部署提供参考依据，并对当地农户改善生活、生产条件提出切实可行的建议。

Abstract: Water-source protection zone is crucial for the development of a city. For a long time, the conflict between ecological protection and economic development has existed as a thorn in the integrated development plan. In this paper, the research team takes a water-source protection zone-Xinjie Community as the research target to conduct an interview with the stakeholders to understand the situation and come up with the strategic plan for the sustainable development.
