跨越发展背景下云南新农村建设途径探析

An Analytic Study on the Way of Yunnan New Rural Construction under the Background of Leaping Development

  • 摘要: 跨越发展战略给云南新农村建设带来了机遇与挑战。在此要求下，云南的新农村建设将掀起新的高潮，针对存在的问题探寻有效的对策措施是新农村建设成败的关键。本文结合新的形势与要求，分析了云南新农村建设取得的成效和存在的突出问题，对跨越发展要求下深入推进新农村建设的途径进行了探析，提出了几点对策思路，以期对丰富云南省新农村建设的理论与实践起到积极的作用。

     

    Abstract: The leaping development strategy brings opportunities and challenges for the new rural construction in Yunnan. Yunnan new rural construction will launch a new upsurge to meet this requirement. It is the key for the success of the new rural construction to explore effective countermeasures according to the problems. Based on the new situation and requirements,this paper discusses the achievements and problems of Yunnan new rural construction,and the way for further promoting the new rural construction to meet leaping development requirements,and then puts forward some countermeasures. Ideas in this paper are meant to enrich the theory and practice of Yunnan new rural construction.
