Abstract:
The pressure of contemporary university students are mainly from employment, academic and economic aspects. The formation of students' pressure is not only due to social development, family situation and university education, but also related to the students' self-knowledge and the ability to adjust and solve problems. University students look forward to the individual's overall development and a happy life, while families and society hope that university students could have a better development in the future. As a result, these expectations may have positive effects on university students to convert pressure into motivation. It has been argued in the paper that the methods, such as broadening educational and employment channels, enriching campus life, making necessary psychological counseling and guiding students with the socialist core values, help university students convert pressure into motivation and maintain mental health and promote rapid development and progress of the society.
