Abstract:
Creating a learning party organization in rural grassroots is of great importance in guiding rural party leaders to think out developing ideas, in improving the new rural construction ability, in consolidating the party's ruling foundation in rural areas and in speeding up the process of building a moderately prosperous society in rural areas. However, to create a learning party organization in rural grassroots, we still have to face many problems and difficulties due to the limited learning resources, the shortage of talent and other reasons. In this paper, based on data collected through survey and investigation, the author analyses the problems in understanding, lack of talent, monotonous learning content and learning ways, and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of organizational security, talent supporting, innovating learning ways and perfecting system.
