Abstract: The management of students' residence plays a crucial role in the student affairs, owing to the fact that students' performance in university is considerably affected by their surroundings, especially by their living conditions. Hence, the scientific frame of organizational management, the work force of high quality, the safe and comfortable accommodation and the sound infrastructure facilities are all contributing to the overall functions of management, education and service of students' residence which is the major place for the growth of college students, as well as to the cultivation by service and management of the students' residence.
