Abstract: At present, many institutions of higher learning have tried to train students' leadership, but not so holistically or systematically. In this context, based on the investigation and analyses of Yunnan Agricultural University students' leadership awareness, expectation, self evaluation, this paper puts forward such countermeasures and suggestions as raising awareness, building the curriculum system, establishing specialized institutes, designing some special training programs, so as to provide some reference for promote college students' leadership training system.
